I think it is evoke that Nietzsche fructifys such high value on a man who underside think for himself, further if this man has followers and admirers of his work, these followers are considered weak willed. If everyone in the world thought for himself and broke desolate of the society true norms, our World would be one of mad chaos.Nobody believing distributively other or taking another mans word, everyone having to find out for themselves, and everyone stressful to rise to a higher place another to break free from societal norms. Although you should aspire to question what you are taught and common beliefs are, i dont believe all men who do this are strong-willed.
